How easy to replace Heated Oxygen Sensor?

After some help please. I was getting the yellow engine management light come on recently on my 2005 RRS 4.2 SC and used my IID tool to read and clear codes. However the yellow light comes back on but not when I would think it should. I can start from cold without light, drive 30 minutes, switch off. Turn back on and no light or it could come back on once restarted.
I have cleaned the Mass Airflow Sensor which was dirty and that fault has gone permanently but still getting this one.
Can anyone tell me is it a DIY job or how much labour/cost should I expect from my indy?

Many thanks

If we all point our RR's in the same direction and accelerate at the same time can we turn back time?

don't know what they are like on the RRS, but

1) Its in the exhaust system, so undoing them isn't usually easy

2) I expect there are 4 of them, so you have to change the right one

maybe best for a garage!

Thanks Andy,
That's kind of what I suspected and needed clarifying. Think it's beyond my technical abilities under the car in the street! 2016 RRS SVR Estoril Blue

So got a quote from my local indy (they are not cheap but very good) for £414 including labour, parts and vat.
Do you think that sounds ok (I accept it will be a little on the high side by the fact they are in the heart of Chelsea Tractorville) 2016 RRS SVR Estoril Blue
