Exhaust Gases in Engine Bay

Evening all,

RRS 2011 3.0

So today I have an engine system error message and limp mode. Returned to normal when restarting the engine. A short while later I have and engine light and a a ‘chuffing’ noise from the engine bay. Thinking it was a split pipe somewhere that i could temp repair, i took a look. Located as per photo and video. Any ideas?

Looks as though the copper sealing washer has failed

Relatively quick and easy repair on a 3.0, providing the injector comes out OK...
