ACC after market fitting option???

ACC with Cruise control, does anybody know if this is an after market option for fitting?
Any help appreciated as always.

well I think its wired.
Change some switch panels inside (steering wheel ones mainly)
Use an IID to enable.

Biggest problem is the different bumper/mount/cover
