First service

Guys,

when is the first service due? for a new RRS S/C...my dealer is saying 8000 km, any advice for first few milege I know u will say don't push the gas pedal so hard Very Happy what u guys did..what was ur speed ? 2007 Range Rover Sport Supercharged, Buckingham Blue, Ivory converted to HST Silver

In the UK, it's 12 months or 15000 miles whichever comes first. However, this does change per market. I imagine the Middle East demands mre regular servicing due to the weather conditions. Did you not get a service book with the car?

I got the servise package agreement which means free maintenace..on that says 8000 km but some of u like to change the oil before that after few milege of new engine 2007 Range Rover Sport Supercharged, Buckingham Blue, Ivory converted to HST Silver

Don't change it outside of the dealership though, it will void the warranty.

8000km is ONLY 5000miles, that's a third of the UK interval?? Surely the oil will survive until the service? Confused

I think you will find that providing that the recomended oils are used it will not affect the warranty some of my Previous cars

First service on a diesel is 15K or twelve months whichever comes first, at least thats what my book says some of my Previous cars
