weak climate seat...

I found the cooling feature on my climate seat on the back support is really weak.

Is it supposed to be that weak? like I can't really feel it is being cooled, or mine are defective?

THX!

Mine was weak to the point of utter uselessness, same on the seat base.

As I understand it, there is no actual "cooling" built in, it is just ventilated.

Was the same on my last Jag XF, too, complained about both, told "working normally sir".

Another reason why I am no longer in a JLR product............. MY2016 HSE D SDV6 - gone due to fuel dilution problems.

Same here - base is OK, but the back I can barely feel it.
I thought it was "by design" to not cool your back too much and cause some health issues Smile

I experienced cooled seats in friend's Jeep Grand Cherokee.. Seemed the same even less cooling maybe.

Seems to be just enough so to prevent swatting of the back.
Will see how it will cope during the full-on summer sun here...

Same issue on my old car its just a fan so no actual cooling just blows ambient air but the fan on the back doesn't have very good flow so think that's why the bottom one works better as the fan is under the seat so has room to breathe.
