| Father Jack Member Since: 16 Oct 2016 Location: Edinburgh Posts: 480      | Its not too bad a job. Did same myself, cables easy to hide. Piggy back fuse holder onto 12v front socket so fires up on opening door and shuts off about 5 min after ignition off. | ||

| Russben Member Since: 27 Mar 2013 Location: Lancashire Posts: 278    | If you are careful & lubricate the cable with WD40 / GT85 or similar you can feed the cable through the concertina 'bellows' that run from the body to the tailgate to make it a touch neater.

 The dashcam only takes about 0.2amps so no need to worry about fuses blowing | ||
