Odd Transmission Noise.... on 2015 RRS L494

Guys, thoughts appreciated. Thanks in advance...

2015 RRS Sport 3L Dynamic
Low frequency low volume grind noise when the car is moving. But, it stops momentarily when lifting off the throttle.

Also, a high pitched whine at motorway speeds.

What do you guys reckon?

The car had a front diff leak last year and was repaired with a reseal and top up (was told that it did not need replaced). 2022 P440e AB

Has been diagnosed as a faulty rear diff and have been advised not to drive it. 2022 P440e AB

I have been advised mine has the same, not been told not to drive it, and will be repaired under warranty
