United Kingdom 2010 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Bali Blue

Flushing the Gearbox is done using a specialised machine,,, it's similar to a dialysis machine,,, it removes 100% of the old fluid and replaces it with new, without mixing the two. Just draining and refilling the Gearbox would only change half of the oil. A lot of people also add Dr tranny, which is an additive of sorts that also aids lubrication of older units. 2010 RRS, TDV8
bali Blue / colour coded
side steps / flappy paddles
black perforated leather
22" overfinch

Hi Cupra,
I see you are in Kent, can I ask who you used and what sort of cost?
I have been told of a mobile chap in your neck of the woods?

This may help. There's a chap (geoff.) on here who is mobile but based in Edenbridge. I think he's more active on the Disco 3 site but if you search for "geoff." (the full stop is important) you should find more about him.

Isn't the transmission fluid filter built into the sump pan therefore the whole sump pan has to be replaced???

Australia 2010 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 HSE Fuji White

In Australia many independents recommend you change the Transmission fluid before or around 100K KM's
(60K Miles), no later, as well as change the pan, not a crappy LR plastic one, but a steel pan.. Overall
charges typically vary from between 600 to 1000 pounds for a dual flush and new pan.

Love to know how it can be done so much cheaper in the UK Laughing the transmission fluid is very
expensive here Another Pommie Bar Steward down under
