Does anyone know how the caliper pistons come out 2010 RRS, doing a refurbish

Professionals blow them out with an airline . DIYers have to be more inventive. Best way is while the caliper is still connected to the brake line, remove the brake pads and put a thin piece of wood between the pistons and then press the brake pedal. This gets them most of the way out and you can wiggle them out the rest of the way using grips but cover the pistons with something soft first. Doesn't work too well though if one piston seized in the bore. Some people rig up a connector so you can use a tyre footpump to push them out. 2008 MY Java Black TDV8 HSE
