Sodding wing mirrors

There's a note in this month's Top Gear magazine for people to write in if they have difficulty with the mirrors not returning to their original position when dipped for reverse.

Mine don't. Damn annoying. I used to have to press the seat memory button, but now have turned the dipping off.

So that's two that suffer from this. Anyone else? Write to Top Gear (rangeroversport .at. bbc.co.uk)

Is there a fix?

Dont use the dipping mirrors. Turned them off first day it arrived and have not bothered since.

Do both of them fail to return to the original position ? MY10 TDV6 HSE, Alaska White, Ebony with Contrast, Park Heat, Paddle Shift, Privacy, Heated Steering Wheel, Extended & Premium Leather,

I hate auto-dipping mirrors anyway. Turned them off as soon as it came off the low-loader.

Mine messes-up too, exactly the same as everybody else.

Whether you need it or not, it really SHOULD work and it's totally wrong to accept the fault or discard the facility. Remember, Range Rover is not a cheap car, and this type of feature works perfectly fine on BMW and Mercedes? Come on Land Rover.., you're supposed to be prestige manufacturer, this is just not acceptable!!!! Crying or Very sad
