JLR finance PCP is a fixed published rate of 6.9% APR and the dealers around West London area won’t budge on this at all (For an MY18).

He is aware he can go after market finance with Oracle etc or do a HP with banks etc but has anyone managed to get the official JLR rate with Black Horse down at all?

RRSMan, I didn't take up a Finance offer but Stratstone in Mayfair offered me 4.5% APR on my MY18 SVR. My son used Oracle Finance for his car recently and I think he got 4.3% APR for his car.

Thanks Jas. I understand that Stratstones use other financiers in addition to JLR finance so can offer the lower rate - the 4.5% won't be on JLR with Black Horse...friend asked me if anyone got the Black Horse rate down...

Sorry - should have been clearer. The offer was from Black Horse Limited.

I just checked the email attachment of a quote they sent me and it states "Land Rover Financial Services is a trading style of Black Horse Limited......"

If you Bank with Lloyds (or Halifax) I highly recommend the ‘Car Finance’ accessed online. It is through Black Horse (same as JLRFS). Residuals pretty much the same as LRFS, but rate at the mo 4.5% APR on PCP’s or less on HP’s....

Very easy to use, instant decesion, money paid directly to dealers (as good as instantly) you can refinance with a change of car etc.etc. 5*
