Australia 2010 Range Rover Sport TDV8 HSE Santorini Black
Landrover Goodwill

I sent my 2010 TDV8 in for an oil change last week and had them resolve the common "Reduced Performance" problem which was occuring daily. It turned out to be the usual sticking turbo actuator rods. So they spent a couple of days repeatedly getting the rods lubricated and test driving the car to make sure the problem was not repeating itself. There was no charge for diagnosing and freeing the actuator rods and they installed new intercooler to manifold hoses free of charge.
While I was at the dealership I mentioned the problem of snapping cranks to the Service Manager who I deal with to get my car serviced. He indicated that they had no problems replacing the engine when the car was under warranty and even out of warranty LR would come to the party often providing a crate engine but the customer had to pay for it being installed.

And I got my car back detailed.
