Which year LR fixed the OBD port theft vulnerability?

Hi all,

Is it safe to say that new range rovers (e.g. RRS 1Cool cannot be stolen via the OBD port anymore?
If so, in which year did Land Rover fix this vulnerability?

Follow on question....
Currently, is the only way a RRS 18 can be stolen is by relay amplifier and a relay transmitter fooling the car into thinking that the key is present?
Is there any other way a car can be stolen without the keys in the thief’s hands?

Thanks in advance.
