Which year LR fixed the OBD port theft vulnerability?

Hi all,

Is it safe to say that new range rovers (e.g. RRS 1 cannot be stolen via the OBD port anymore?
If so, in which year did Land Rover fix this vulnerability?

Follow on question....
Currently, is the only way a RRS 18 can be stolen is by relay amplifier and a relay transmitter fooling the car into thinking that the key is present?
Is there any other way a car can be stolen without the keys in the thief’s hands?
