Suspension light on steady red

Hi all new to site and only had my 2009 sport a month. Really happy with it until I fitted trailer wiring harness yesterday don't know if it a concidence but suspension light has come on and will not go off? Any ideas would be a great help

I might be completely wrong here so hopefully others may be able to help you but maybe you need an IID tool to tell the car that you have tow electrics fitted.

If the computers don't know, they will detect the wiring harness but not have anything in their information to adjust the height.

I have seen somewhere in the CCF file when using my IID tool something about "towing electrics fitted".

I could be completely wrong but hopefully starts the ball rolling!

Good luck. 2016 RRS SVR Estoril Blue
2005 4.2L Supercharged Java Black - gone but was my first love.

If we all point our RR's in the same direction and accelerate at the same time can we turn back time?

You can tell the car it has trailer electrics fitted but what model is yours and is it a face lift or pre facelift Thumbs Up

Presumably you have checked the DR oil level and topped it up? 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Ok just found out dynamic response fluid. Cars gone back to dealer. Only had 3 weeks and dealer is trying to get out if it. Not impressed especially as it's a 6mnth warranty.
