Marshall Land Rover (was Ridgeway) Oxford

Good afternoon all
I have just received excellent service from Marshall Land Rover in Didcot, my 2012 SDV6 needed replacement door aperture seals on both sides following a failure of previous replacement parts.
I was looked after by Rebecca in service who was so polite and helpful, I was lent a very nice Jaguar Saloon at no cost. They completed a health check at no cost and found nothing that needed addressing. I asked them to look at an air vent that was not adjusting properly and to advise me of the cost to repair. Their technician repaired the vent and no charge was made, my car was also valeted to a very high standard.
I know that this new dealership had a poor start last year but it is now offering a very high standard of customer service, the new service manager also took time to say hello and to have a chat about how my experience of their service was.
Keep up the good work Marshall you have massively restored my faith in the Land Rover brand Thumbs Up
