You are supposed to be able to do the reverse lights off the fob, but mine wouldn`t work. It`s in the manual. Steve.

I remember when I purchased my cars from Lookers Park Royal requesting that all the dealer enabled items (IIRC there were 3 or 4 things highlighted in the owner’s manual) be enabled before delivery which is why they worked on my cars without having to get anything enabled later. With Evoque there were 6 items in the owner’s manual that could be dealership enabled. I know that many dealers did them for free as part of the PDI whereas others charged a fortune or plug the car into their system for an hour or enable them. 2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV on order for April delivery, bye bye Land Rover after 21 years and 11 LR products..... all because you won’t give me reassurance that should my SDv6 crankshaft break because of a design fault, not MY fault, but the engine builders fault - it will be replaced for free.
