that can be fixed if you familiar with working epoxy and composites( aramid aka kevlar and carbon fiber fabric) small quantities can be had at beter hobby shops. clean the surface well with brake cleaner and roughen up the surface with 120 grit sand paper than use JB Weld or similar epoxy and rubit in the crack. prepare laminating epoxy, wet fabric and apply 2 layers of kevlar 120g and finis with carbon fiber 120. fabric needs to overlap crack by 3/4' to 1'. cover with food wrap and apply pressure till epoxy sets.

in the picture i mark places to grind down.
