Help needed reduced power mode

Hi guys after any help possible
I have a range rover sport 4.4v8 and for the last couple of weeks there's been a reduced power on the dash that comes and goes

Basically it first started when the car was cold it would struggle to get over 5mph nearly stall and then the reduced power light would come on. I'd turn the car off and in again the fault would disappear till the next morning.

It's now a lot more frequent and happens randomly but turning the car off and on doesn't clear it every time

The car has recently had a new fuel pump after different issue will it not producing power and also a new maf sensor .

The car was fine for about 2 months after the new fuel pump until now.

I have run a Hawke eye diagnostics on the car and it has shown mean on bank 1 and lean on bank 2 but this has only been recorded ones and hasent been recorded again the cars just showing no dtcs

The fuel pressure all seems great the map sensor seems fine even the maf is reading as it should.

The only problem I can find it when I get the issue the throttle position will only go up to 20% odd dispute stamping it to the floor I can't get it to go any higher

I have tested the throttle body as well and this seem fine no abnormal fluctuations just smoothly up to 5v and smoothly back down

Could it be a switch on the throttle pedal it's self ?

Any suggestions would be much appreciated

My first thought was throttle body, but don't know the setup.

To get rid of lean codes.

Unplug the air meter(s)
Turn the ignition on the 5 seconds or more.
Turn ignition off
Plug meter back in.

Start engine and see if it's now sweet.

Thanks for the reply mate . I thought it was throttle body may well.still be it I'll have to do a little more research .

I have reset the codes with the Hawke eye and they haven't come back . I thought i may have been the fuel pump again but these are different symptoms compared to the last time.

The range is also lpg and it does the same thing if it is on petrol or lpg so can't be the pump
