United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Sport Supercharged Cairns Blue
Bad vibration

Hi guys,

Im getting a bad vibration through the steering wheel and body whel at speed, vibration getting worst above 60mph. I had all 4 wheels balanced and its still the same.

Also when in traffic slwoing down the car seems to rock side to side....almost like the engine is causing it to rock, maybe its misfiring but it doesnt feel like its misfiring.

Car is SC 2006 on 86k

Any ideas? '06 RRS Supercharged Cairns Blue

So after a search I checked all wheel nuts and they are fine all brake discs and EPB seems fine too.

However after checking all wheel bearings (jacking car up and rocking each wheel) it appears fromt right is ghosted.

So after another search there seems to be good and bad brands of wheel besrings, any recommendation on brands? '06 RRS Supercharged Cairns Blue

United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Sport 3.0 TDV6 Autobiography Fuji White

I have just had this on MY 11 autobiography, took it to the LR stealership where I got it because it still has 3 month warranty left. It was the hubs, they had warped because 8 month earlier I used our local garage to fit new discs abviously cheaper after market parts. So that was the warranty void. The total bill for the full frontal break replacement was £1250, so it will be a long time before I use after market parts on the breaks. I hope this was a help and hopefully not what your car has Bow down
