Oil leak!

Hi everybody!
I have a 2007 2.7 TDV6. I had a oil leak that i traced to the hose attached to the top of the turbo. I managed to cure this but i then discovered another leak. After removing the metal undertray and cleaning up, it appears to be coming from the sump pan, or rather the gasket. The engine was replaced about 2 years ago and looks very good from underneath (sump not corroded). Does the sump have a gasket or is it a sealing compound? Any problems to overcome when changing?

Thanks in advance,

Gary.

Whilst I am on with my maintenance, can I also ask for advice on the following:
I am getting the usual Amber suspension light soon after start up and cannot raise or lower until I turn ignition off and restart. This cycle then keeps repeating.
I had the codes read and got - C1A20-64
The Hitachi compressor was replaced for the AMK unit 2 years ago along with the relay and software update. I have sprayed leak detector around the compressor and reservoir but found nothing. I sometimes get the 'raising slowly' notice. Could the Compressor have gone in such a short time? Can the drier contents be replaced on the AMK?
Any other ideas on what to check?

Thanks,

Gary.

Compressor is quite the normal thing, but it can be a very small hole in the pipework and which can be very difficult to find.
Besides the other suspension things that can go tits up, like the bags etc it does sound like you have a slow leak causing your problem, just hope not the compressor as not cheap, or even a combination of the two things. Whistle John
