Crotch vent!

Started to do a proper clean of the interior for The Old Man today, as he's not too well at the moment, and hasn't been keeping up to it like he normally does.
Anyway, found this aperture in the panel under the steering column, and by what I've seen it's a crotch vent and should have a pair of flaps attached.
Question is... Can these pieces be purchased separately, without buying the entire panel?

That is not a part number if you wanted one you will need Vin. No. or trim colour. If it's Ivory it's nearer £50.00 with vat.
