2012 need Adblue

Sorry if this has been asked before but I'm guessing the 2012 model SDV6, 8 speed transmission doesn't use that Adblue stuff?
It's just that on the inside of the fuel filler cap there's a picture of what looks like something adding drops.

Cheers

Thanks for that.
Don't suppose you know if the same model has the auto high beam?

My car is a MY2012 and has auto high beam, here's a picture of the headlight switch selected to auto, check yours to see if you have the same.

Mine does have an auto setting on the headlight switch so the lights come on and off when it gets dark. The high beam doesn't automatically come on though, so I presume there is a setting I need to do on the control panel as per Puslinch's post.

The auto high beam on/ off is an option and not standard, the Auto on light switch is purely to turn on/off as required.

I think the label on fuel flap is also for you to check your oil level at stated mileage, and/or ad blue on later cars, wasn’t available in 2012 models you will be pleased to know. John

If you are referring to High Beam Assist, it can be turned on and off via the menu accessed through the R/H menu switch on the steering wheel Vehicle Set-up option, standard on A/B's option on other models. Should also be able to see sensor in interior mirror if I remember correctly. From outside off course. Laughing

Cheers
