I sent a spec to the dealer (Stratstone in Mayfair) to get a holding spot last week and he thinks I should be able to have mine delivered end February / early March.

I just can't decide on the colour but have some time before my order gets locked down. Some of the so called Special colours look great on a screen but if forking out over £6k for a paint job I really would like to see a car in that colour in the skin and in the daylight. I still haven't seen anything nicer looking than Estoril Blue in the flesh so it looks like it will be that.

As RRLAD posted, he saw a Estoril blue and a velocity Blue SVR parked side by side so was able to compare . Plus i do believe he saw most other colours too.

2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey

Land Rover needs to correct the configurator then because you can spec Tow Assist with a deployable tow bar.
Also just been reading about the Audi Q7 E-Tron which is £66000 has a V6 336bhp Diesel engine and 7 seats, rock solid build but What Car? And Autocar still don't rate it too highly. It must be one of the very few German cars they don't like, in PHEV form that is, they love all the other Q7's over all Land Rovers, still wouldn't have the Audi though. LR needs to up the ante, shake up the QC guys so cars with problems get fixed before they leave the factory not once the poor customer takes delivery and they need to have a serious think about their prices because quality doesn’t in anyway match the asking price these days. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

I totally agree with Tim's comment......
Their QC absolutely sucks.... My car once they admitted it was damaged cost them a fortune to fix !!!
And now they are going to have to cough up for the difference with my new MY 18 SVR.
All for the sake of letting a damaged car out of the factory hoping the damage would not be noticed !!! RRS SVR 2018

Just a change, really Smile . The XC90 is a great car and the T8 has been good despite niggling software glitches.
