how to fix remote app issue

Mine still didn't work. I had to delete the app from my iPhone and then reload it from the app store. It works perfectly now.

The good thing is the communication from Land Rover during this outage of several weeks was really brilliant. They kept me up to date as they accepted, diagnosed and fixed the problem. At all time as a customer of their premium products, I felt like I was a valued purchaser and client. Great work Landrover

It's good for owners that the issues appear to have now at last been fixed, it's just not good enough though that they keep releasing crap programs that don't run as designed or hoped for in literature. I cannot think of even a cheap car manufacturer that has this many problems with software etc. Evil or Very Mad John

They just need to fix InControl Apps and all should be back to normal.

It's a shame that LR release these Apps before they are ready or fully tested in the real world. They shouldn't be launched then expect the customer to be testers for errors etc. Very poor show. John

Things worked ok until iOS 11.

We’re you getting error on the dash too, or just in the App? Was thinking it was just an issue with the app, didn’t occur it may be an problem with the car... ____________________

Just the app. Washer fluid and Service light were on when the car went for its service in March. Service light disappeared from App after a few days of reporting it. Washer warning remained on the app until yesterday (58 emails).


Something similar happened a year ago when I changed the wheels from Summer to Winter - TPMS warning remained on the app even though the warning was removed from the car. Was sorted quite quickly then though.
