Car just back from dealer service and showing faults

Car was in yesterday at a main dealer for "A" service and timing belt change etc
Had the car returned approx an hour ago and I decided to check for faults with IID BT Tool (which I did before it went in and no faults showing )
The below faults have come up ! Its obviously the engine fan but any ideas what it may be before I have a rant at the Censored service dept tomorrow
Have cleared the faults but they come straight back
Thanks

Have they plugged the fan electrics back in? I’d take it back.

I’m guessing they had to remove a lot of the fan related stuff to get to the belts. My bet is that it’s just not plugged in. I’ve had work done before at garages who have overlooked this kind of thing and even worse.

So much for testing car after job completion and rechecking fault codes afterwards to, which should be standard for any work undertaken by a LR dealer.
Take it back to them, obviously a fault they have introduced by not checking IMHO. John
