Off to France in the morning

Well this will be our 2nd outing this year and the car will packed with the 2 dogs and a back seat of stuff. I think its great because the dogs are coming she cant have the heating on the Miami setting Shocked , so at least a comfortable trip down to Mayenne. My wife has got a new Tempur travel pillow to try out and the Kindle is loaded with her Sylvia (dirtbag) Day novels.

A quick check and it looks like the M3 50mph has finally finished so hopefully a smooth trip to the tunnel Mr. Green .

Steve.

Have a good trip. Thumbs Up
We're leaving on the Chunnel on Saturday for a few days in France then meeting Buckster and others in Spain. 2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

Enjoy. My son is currently in Pau on a motorcycle trip from uk to spain with mates to see the Aragon motogp on Sunday. Its been dry and getting warmer as he rode down. They are currently rehydrating in a bar.

We we got back on Friday and it was again an effortless journey. We took the dogs this time so they're in the back and I put a blanket over the back seat for the luggage/ Censored . My wife was asleep within 10 miles flat out against her new Tempur travel pillow. I loved the switch on the back of the light cluster that sweeps from UK to Europe what a great idea and took only a couple of minutes. Fuel was 1.22 euro p/l so about £1.07 but it all helps, got there with 148 miles remaining on the range. I've done over 1100 miles this week and its been so relaxing, although I think I will treat myself to an up to date satnav disc. Hoovered the car out yesterday but have bought back some French mud which can stay for a bit. Sanef tag worked again as advertised. I did get flashed by the speed camera I was doing a needle width under 110kph but it still flashed me so I assume the 20inch wheels have thrown the speedo out?.

Steve.
