Diesel exhaust fluid

Hi all.

Just put 10l of add blue in car around 200 miles ago.

Message popped up today !!!

No engine restarts in 509 miles incorrect d e f fluid quality detected.

Just my luck, my mechanic gone on his annual cruise today as-well…

Any ideas anyone, can it be dismissed with iid tool?

Read faults with iid not sure if it can delete cure this tho.

Anyone???
