Amazing, I always thought Newcastle was the car crime capital of the UK.
AND No Scottish cities there at all - must be the figures are for tropical parts of the UK where it's warm enough to be out at night to commit the crimes. A Carbon Footprint is the mark a lump of coal makes when it's dropped on the ground.
