Front Passenger door unlocking fault

We have a 2011 HSE RRS. When you unlock the car with either the remote or pressing the door button from the drivers side the front passenger door fails to open.
If I have the keys in my pocket and press the passenger door button to unlock, the door opens. If I press the remote to unlock and have the keys with me and open the passenger door it opens.
So basically, if the passenger has the keys they can open the passenger door, if not you need to open from the inside.

Why?

It is a while since I last had an L320 RRS, but you haven't got the single point entry unlock enabled in the dash menu have you? Is the problem the same with both key fobs? 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

Hi Tim,
Thanks for the reply. Cannot find the other key fob, it's around somewhere but it's my wife's car so could be anywhere Big Cry

The rear doors both open no problem so don't think it's single entry but will have a look when my wife's home.
