Brake fault

Hi there new to the site I'm having a problem with my brakes 2006 2.7 hse rrs, replaced the servo pipes and removed oil from the servo as the one way valve was faulty, my issue is how much oil if any should pass through the vac pump? Any help is appreciated

Hi mate

The idea of the valve is to stop any oil migrating from the pump to the servo , so none is the answer . But it sounds like you have the same problem as many of us where the servo had oil in.

I suppose the vacuum is overcoming the valve and sucking it back. I've got two valves and a catch tank on mine as a trial 🤔
