Hi all,

I had to remove and clean my centre console (before a child's spilt drink dribbled through and shorted my iPod/USB adapter and/or bluetooth unit ) and while cleaning it all out I noticed the cigarette lighter/ashtray bulb had blown.

Does anyone know what bulb this is - it looks like a generic 12v 1.2w capless bulb but I just wanted to be sure.

Only advice I can give is check in the owners manual, they are generally all listed in there.  John

RRS MY12 SDV6 HSE. Sumatra Black/Ebony & Walnut + Dynamic Pack, + Cold Climate Pack + Memory Pack, Digital TV/DVD, Premium Leather, Cornering Lights, Cooler/Fridge Box, & most Options.

Unfortunately it isn't listed - I'd already checked there first. As you have to remove the centre console to get to the bulb, LR obviously think this is a stealer replaceable part only.

If it looks like a 1.2w capless bulb, it probably is

It's a late reply but for anyone else who might want to know...

If it looks like a duck, and it quacks like a duck then it is most likely a T5 286 1.2w 12v capless bulb.
