PO171 & PO174 Errors

Hi all, I am now having these error codes:
PO171 System Too Lean Bank 1
PO174 System Too Lean Bank 2

I have run a can of BG44, changed all the plugs, changed the MAF
and now I have got the codes above?
The RR ticks over very ruff and smokes what should I do next change the fuel filter?
Please help me Big Cry

Thanks for you replay in advance 2006 RR Sport Supercharged Love this car

Not sure if these have a fuel filter built into the pump in the tank if so then it can only be changed with the pump i have heard but you could do with finding the live reading off the coil packs if you can get hold of a suitable reader or know a friendly garage owner who has the kit does yours have lpg or not Thumbs Up
