Hydronic

Our friend and fellow RRS Owner Hydronic is no longer with us after suffering a stroke on Friday night. Many of us know about his other battles. He was a giant and a hell of a good guy. Farewell mate.

When a few of us met up a couple of times for a curry, he was so excited about his then new RRS. He never mentioned what he had been through as he never wanted to steer the conversation towards his own agenda.

Only once when we talked about family, he mentioned to me that there had been some "issues" with his daughters at school. I had no idea at the time until I saw him on TV a couple of weeks later.

The fact that he would join in and be one of the guys chatting and joking about RRS stuff and laughing with me for removing every spec of dust from mine while hiding such pain made him a very dignified man in my opinion. I feel privileged to have known him and I realise now how important those get togethers must have been for him. I wish there had been some more. I am also happy that I made someone who must have hurt so much laugh a little.
