Servo

im getting occasional lack of power assistance from the servo, happens infrequently but needless to say it happens!

it looks like its had the none return valve and dual pipe fitted but I am trying to get through to LR to get the recall confirmed.

my question is though, if I raise it to off road height it will do the same occasionally as if the pipe is stressed and then leaks or the pump is lacking in pressure.

is the pump and pipe at the back of the engine, drivers side, and can you see it from underneath with guard off?

thanks Neutral

No you can see much from under the car.
Well just the back of it but you can't do anything useful from under the car.

Cheers Andy ,

I suppose even seeing it may help, I just want to see the pipes are not snagged and on right

What actually happens here. It seems a sudden stab at the pedal is fine but holding a light pedal looses pressure from servo ?

Do I need to change servo or pump or both ?

Are the servos all the same, looking to replace and the ref numbers are different but the descriptions say they will fit?

Mines a tdv6 2.7 rrs ?

Anyone know ?

You could put a white cable tie into the servo to see if there are sights of oil.

If they are try and gets the dealer to sort it

They will all physically fit and are interchangeable. However, if you have non-Brembo calipers, you can upgrade to the stronger Brembo equipped servo Thumbs Up
