Could not get rid of Service Light on the App Big Cry so deleted and reloaded the App and now the journeys won't come up automatically, continually having to put the code in for them to come up. Why can't anything just work as it's supposed to Banging Head Banging Head

spoke too soon. its all just updated itself. flipped to Journeys. Nothing and turned off.

tried turning on and it gets a 'network error'.

guess JLR (or whoever they outsourced this to) is having some IT issues.... Sad SVR with a few bits from Urban and Glohh

On a related topic, I find difficulty with the 'Route Planner'. Once I get it to actually accept the correct destination, it works well and syncs. it to my car as well as my phone, but it's hopeless at understanding the destination input in the first place. If I use a post code, it inputs the wrong destination, often with nothing resembling the correct one. If I assist the post code with a partial address, it again finds the wrong place. If I start with the place name it finds the town OK, but then goes to an entirely random town if I add the street details! Twisted Evil (This is in addition to the fact that the first leg of any route is always shown on foot to where it claims my car is parked, which for some reason is about half a mile from my house even when it's parked outside!) Any suggestions?

I'm in touch with them trying to resolve my issue and forwarded the link to this page this morning. Probably coincidence.
