Fitted 255/55/20 Good Year Duratracks

I fitted 255/55/20 Good Year Duratracks two weeks ago. No rubbing on normal or offroad height or going straight on access. Painted original alloys with RAL 9011 (graphite black). Tyre guy said that larger tyres need more pressure, I now have 2,8 bar front and 3,0 bar rear, what do you recommend? Another guestion, can you tell what is the "style" of my wheels? I know that they are original.

Is that not the wrong way round, with low profile tyres needing the higher pressures?

I don't know your tyre guy, but I once had a tyre guy telling me that I need to set my motorcycle tyre pressures lower in summer... I never went back to him again (no thought to setting the pressure at a given ambient when tyre is cold).
