My16 infotainment firwmare update by USB - How to?

It's been a while since I've looked at this/tried to do it.

Is there a place to download the latest compatible firmware/software for a MY16 car. Haven't tried since the first week I got the car, but seem to remember it being possible? Range Rover Sport SVR - Santorini Black
