hi guys
can any of you guys help ,I just had new tyres fitted on rear of my rrs 2008 2.7 20in
when I do around 40 to 60 mph on a bend or going around a roundabout, I loose traction on one wheel light flashes amber
car slows down, little gridding noise ,and then drives fine
can any one sheds some ideas on this

Maybe the Tyre fitters have dislodged/moved one of the wheel sensors which is playing havoc with the systems. 2006 4.2 S/C with Tow Pack, Side Steps, DRL's, 19" & 20" wheels, additional 110 ltr Fuel Tank Roof Rack and performance mods.

The symptoms point to the traction control / DSC kicking in which suggests a wheel speed error. Could be a steering wheel calibration but as the wheels have been removed and replaced, suspect the wheel speed sensors. An error code check would be useful too.  2012 SDV6 - it's missing a couple of cylinders
2008 TDV8 - it was a labour of love and is much missed

tyres pressure is on 40psi is this ok

Also there was a post the other day about the differing size of tyres, even thou the tyres might say the right size the different manufacturers have different sizes thus throwing the system into a fit.

33 fronts and 36 rear. As well as the above might be worth getting the rear sus bushes checked out as you can get this fault when there is a lot of play in the inner upper bush. 2008 G4 RRSport TDV8 current

check the tyres sizes match front to rear.

If the others are very worn it's probably worth getting them changed too before wasting money on other things

Definitely worth getting the wheel alignment checked. On my last RRS the traction control would kick in on roundabouts and twisty roads. Was exaggerated when I had new tyres. Alignment fixed the issue and massively improved the handling. MY12 RRS HSE

nice 1 guys,
both tyres are the same size and branded ,and the fronts are the same size but different branded to the rear
took it up to 80 nice and smooth ,had it on ramp ,rear bushes look ok
don't no how to check, for height calibration,
will lower the pressure to 36 to see any change
next stop will be Alignment
hopefully with your help I will get it sorted

Thanks for your advise ,had the Alignment done today ,what a massively improvement ,no more flashing light
