Change rear TV screen on headrest to FullHD and change DVD.

Hi All.

I would like to change TV\DVD screen to something modern.
I'm interesting FullHD, with support to mkv file.
Anyone doing such a big change ?

I think also about change DVD, but i don't have any idea.

Do you have any proposition ??
