cd player

l just cant beleive it.All my media file discs that ALL played in my 2015 RRS will not play in my 2017 car?
Begining to wish l had not upgraded and kept my 2015 model
Anybody know why they will not pleu the cd player works fine on normal cds but not on media file cds?
help
