P0191 fuel pressure sensor. cranking won't start

Hi, 2.7tdv6 2006 won't start, it just cranks over and over, this is the code I am getting, fuel rail pressure sensor range/performance.

Any ideas where to begin? Thanks in advance[/img]

07 HSE TDV8 with lots of toys EGR removed BAS remap
56 HSE WAS FULL OF PROBLEMS

Fuel filter changed.

Rail pressure sensor changed

Can hear fuel pump running and getting diesel out of valve at back of engine.

Getting 130psi fuel pressure with ignition on (does this seem right?)

Still wont start!? Cracked open at rail but no diesel in metal lines?

Any suggestions?
