2012 RRS supercharged rims and tire upgrade

I want to upgrade my rims to 22's with out having rubber band tires. Is this possible ? And what rims and tires do u recommend. I don't want to spend roughly a grand on tires with the normal stocks.. I really Want black 22 rims.. trance for help
