Sounds excellent (the surfing that is - the upgrade sounds good too ). I've gone from island life before xmas and back to reallity in 40c heat and dust

What % improvement would you say on performance? Probably like you, I am more interested in highway and overtaking performance and fuel economy than traffic light races.

Also, will Chris reload if LR upgrade the software at a service? Would appreciate if you could PM Chris' contact info.

I believe he'll reapply it for free if an LR service wipes the upgrade, but best check if this is still the case.

That is very true

However, we expect that LR dealer software updates should now 'tail off' as the majority of 06 cars have been brought up to date at their 1st service and 07 cars are already up to date

trying to gauge % is pretty difficult but i found i could be behind two semi's sitting on 90-100, hit the gas, and be passed them both and hitting 140 in around 3-4 seconds . I can assure you that the upgrade will be the best thing you will ever do for your car!

Hi, Can someone please kindley send me the contact details for the upgrade. I find the wait between the throttle and take off painfully slow.
