22" overfinch tiger alloys with tyres

Hi guys have these 22" overfinch tiger wheels with 4 good toyo tyres one of the alloys have a few scuffs on the silver part (see pictures) but you could get away with just spraying the silver part rather than the whole wheel. Just wondering what there worth.
