I am arriving from the Disco3/4 site as I have seen the Disco 5 in the flesh, and it wasn't for me style wise.

I have just ordered a MY2017 HSE Dynamic with the following specs:

Santorini Black
22" 5 Split Spoke alloys with full size spare
Espesso/Ivory with Ivory Seats
Electrically deployable tow bar (for runs to the tip)
Body coloured full size sliding panoramic roof
Extra large washer bottle
Surround camera system
Smokers pack (change holder)
Heated steering wheel
Aluminium paddle shifters


Quite a boring list of extras, but it suits me. I could have had it in early February, but decided to wait for 1st March delivery, although I am away then so will collect it on the 3rd.

It will pretty much look like this one when it comes.

Not that different to mine, the interior looks great in those colourways.

But..............no upgrade to the ICE? The standard unit is pants IMHO, the 825W meridian is well worth the cost if you like your sounds. MY2016 HSE D SDV6 - gone due to fuel dilution problems.

thanks for the comments guys, I have never been a fan of the tinted rear windows, I would like them if they went front to back, but the OCD part of my brain just can't accept some are tinted and some not.

I am glad I got the order in, as I see the changes to the car tax system on 1 April 2017 would make the annual car tax much more for the same car.

thanks for mentioning this. i just ordered my car and was due to collect on the 3rd of april so you have just saved me hundreds of pounds . will make sure the car is registered end of march !

rrsfan, it pays to be on these forums, I saved 2k when the steering rack on my D4 started leaking, garage said replace the whole thing, Disco3 said replace two washers for £3, guess who was right!!
