Crank failure notice

For all those who have suffered the dreaded crankshaft/crank bearing failure please ask yourself one question.
When your engine failed without warning do you think this was safe?

When you lost full control of steering and breaking was anyone put into unnecessary danger??

If you agree please consider alerting the DVSA to the problem, filling out the form on the following link will allow the DVSA/VOSA to fully investigate the issue and if necessary sanction Land Rover to take appropriate action.

Hi Panda

Try this link Thumbs Up

It's definitely worth looking at, the DVSA recently forced a recall by Land Rover on the Discovery Sport and Evoque due to the vehicles cutting out because of a wiring loom fault. I feel this is essentially the same scenario as the vehicle seizes without warning causing loss of assistance to steering and brakes, I'm surprised it hasn't caused a serious accident yet.
