Things I like so far Mr. Green

Full tank of petrol cost me 40 and done 80 miles so far without fuel gauge moving - by now I would of dropped 1/3 on DS gauge

2nd row seats fold flat and no gap between them and boot

Fair doooos, I'm only quoting what a mate of mine keeps saying when he got rid of his RRS TDV8 and jumped to a Sang Yong!?!?! Shocked Shocked everytime he drives it he says, the thing is it's not a Land Rover.
I and no doubt others are looking forward to a report after you've given it a test and I hope you enjoy Thumbs Up Thumbs Up

I may expose myself to abuse by saying this but looks better than the DS to me. Subjective, I know.

And seat belt clips Cool Cool I hate the sound those free moving seat belt buckle inserts make by hitting car interior when not in use.

Hope you enjoy it MW ... this is all that matters in the end. Current: MY16 RRS2 3.0 SDV6 Autobiography Dynamic, Carpathian Grey & Santorini Black Sliding Pano/Ebony & Ivory 2 Tone

Cheers Thumbs Up

The seat belt rattles in the DS were legendary Rolling Eyes

Another thing I like - instant power at junctions and roundabouts without ZF and ASS hesitation Thumbs Up

Do Mitsubishi pop along and install the charger or is it just an extension lead plugged in next to the kettle

You get a free charge lead with it that uses normal plug socket and takes 5 hours to charge or you can buy the faster dedicated unit in my pic above that takes 3.5 hours - I got it free from a friend with a spare Mr. Green

As for choice - if LR dealers hadn't dropped 1 previous RRS off a ramp, ordered another with wrong interior and damaged it sorting, treated me as a customer who bought 10 vehicles in 16 years instead of telling me about waiting lists and overtime to meet demand and if the DS had done the claimed mpg, had a ride as good as the Outlander and RRS/DS weren't priced ridiculously high - I wouldn't of chosen to look at another brand Whistle

I still want an old series which is what nurtured my passion for LRs and swmbo wants a L405 as second car but I would prefer an XK or F-type then keep the phev for work but until I sell our last house it will have to wait - it also gives me time to forget how poor LR service is Rolling Eyes

Very nice Muddy. Thumbs Up Once you get the whole JLR thing out of your head, i think you will start wondering why you didn't jump ship much sooner. Wink As nice as L/R's are, they are no longer worth the silly money JLR are asking for them imo, along with the expensive running costs and their reliability issues. Not to mention (in your experience) the poor customer service you have had.

Enjoy the new car, just don't forget to unplug it before you set off. Rolling with laughter Embarassed Wink
