2013 Range Rover Sport SDV6 HSE Stornoway Grey
A Christmassy RRS!

Saw an Arctic Frost HSE in Ikea carpark this afternoon with not only a dash board mounted Manora thinggy with the steps and white candles but also a mini Christmas tree complete with flashing lights.............. sad people.

How long before we get the festoons of LED lights that folks drape all over the houses and gardens at this time of year to fit onto the wing mirrors and bumpers of your car. Bah HUMBUG

You know this is the 1st Christmas I have been at home for 5 years................. we are still 2 weeks away from the big day and I am wishing that I was going to be away at sea, somewhere in the sunshine! 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it
2018 Melting Silver Mini Countryman PHEV - soon to be replaced
2015MY Corris Grey SDv6 HSE Dynamic, the best car I have ever owned, totally reliable only a cou0le of rattles in 3 years, now no longer in my care
Also in my garage is a 1996 TDi300 Defender 90 County HT made into a fake CSW

-2c inside my greenhouse last night so it will have been colder outside! Compensation is that we have a superb clear and sunny day! It has been chilly the last 2 nights and that has proved the FBH is properly connected and operating correctly, however it doesn't seem to warm up the interior much more quickly than before, I still find I have to use the seat heaters for the 1st few miles on a frosty morning. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

JayMann - is that in degrees C or F? In Montréal - where I'm from, a cold morning is -35°C. Not a problem if you've remembered to plug in your car the night before. The flat spots in the tyres generally soften up after about 4 to 5 km. This does not account however for the windchill - which I've seen as low as -45°C. On such days, you have to keep the kids indoors because exposed skin will freeze in just a few minutes.
