Just wondering if anyone had bought a RRS from here before? I bought mine from there 4 weeks ago and already have issues 😡😡

Hi, not a RRS owner however I bought an AM DB9 from them and they are refusing to pay for the warranty work to be done. Do you know Wills full name? I am going to take them to samall claims court

Looking at their website it seems they only have mobile numbers and don't have set opening hours, also (from the photos) there doesn't appear to be a physical presence anywhere... that would set alarm bells ringing for me ! D3 LHD - great car !

So sorry to hear you are still battling! We bought a discovery 3 back in June and had no end of problems. Long story cut short it had to have a new engine (under warranty) which took months. It then broke down again and again-we had the vehicle for 40 weeks and it was only on road for 13!!!! After a big battle we got a part refund but are £3500 down In one day my hubby rang him 33 times as he was refusing to answer phone!! Good customer service hey??!!

Did you have to go to court for your refund? Hopefully the case will be going to court shortly, it's currently with the judge, so I'm guessing I will have a date soon fingers crossed. Thanks for offering your help as well, I won't be beaten!! 👊🏻💪🏼

No luckily we didn't have to go as far as court although we did threaten it and would have taken it that far had he not paid up. I suppose we may have got more out of him if we had -it's difficult to know what to do-we did feel we settled for less than we should have really!
We wish you the very best of luck- Keep us informed of your proceedings -Let's hope by making it public no one else Falls foul of this company.

Got my court date, 2nd June, hopefully there will be a good outcome, as my luck goes the date is also my sons 1st Birthday which just about sums up the whole experience 😐
