I would stay well clear Sblaze, spend your money somewhere that you will get good after sales service. If you look on companies house the guy that runs this business has had several companies which have been liquidated (he's aged about 25), also it is registered at an address in London. On the website it says the companys name is Brook Vue but it's proper name is Bournbrook limited trading as Brook Vue.

Yes it is the Disco that we returned to them - I would absolutely avoid it!
Their customer service is terrible too - please don't buy anything from them!

Bridlea how did you get on with your court case?

We agreed to settle the day before court, quite a bit less than my claim but just wanted it over, he then decided that he couldn't come to pick the car up on that day so it went to court. He never showed up even though he lived 15 mins away and I had travelled 3 and a half hours! 😡. The morning of the court case, which was a Friday, he asked to pick the car up the following Monday, the judge decided that he would give him that chance to come on the Monday which he did. The car is now for sale on his website again and I can definitely still see a couple of the issues are still unfixed. The whole experience has totally put me off Range Rovers now and I have bought a Audi. I feel sorry for whoever buys it off him because they will have nothing but trouble.

Sorry to hear that but pleased you have some kind of resolution. His customer service really is quite shocking isn't it?! Hopefully this thread will help other potential buyers stay well clear!

I wrote a review on Autotrader to try and warn others but he has had it taken down and now there is a new review off a customer who basically says the opposite of everything I said! Haha

Very interesting! I will try putting a review on auto trader too and see what happens! It is only fair for other people to know what to expect when dealing with this company. I wish someone had warned us!

Yeah it's been taken down again 😂. Obviously Autotrader don't like honest reviews. An hour after the review went on he emailed me to say that he had a mechanic check over the Range Rover I had returned ( it's on his site for £10445 ) and there was damage because I hadn't serviced it whilst waiting for the court case, also there was damage to the bodywork which wasn't true, and that he would be in contact about having the repairs done. Funnily enough it hasn't stopped him putting it back up for sale 🤔

Then you need to get it inspected for damage before he sells it - although it would be hard for him to prove any damage occurred while it was in your hands after this gap of time, I suspect he would be laughed out of court if he tried that. 2020 Pangea Green 1st Edition D240 New Defender 110 is here and loving it

My review has been put back on! 😁. Apparently if a trader puts in a complaint that the review has broken the rules it is taken off while it is reviewed. Mine didn't break any so it's back on 🎉
